For the record, I met a cop who is retiring next year from Chicago PD and said that him and his partner just want to make it to their retirement and won't stop any Blacks when they are in that neighborhood. He said it was hard at first, but got easier as time went on. As he said its easier to meet the next 14 months rather then spend 14 years in prison.
