Chili Ron Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 Howdy, I find I am ordering stuff online and it gets delivered to my door. No hunting parking no strangers breathing germs behind me. But all these packages need to be opened and I find a swiss army knife works pretty well. It has a small plyers and a small sissors and a phillips screwdriver and can opener and bottle opener and of course a small razor sharp knife and a larger blade. If you find you need such this one is called Deluxe Tinker. I found it by watching ebay and it is used but in great shape. I know there are many alternatives but this one sure works for me. Best CR
DeaconKC Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 I usually have either a Tinker or Super Tinker on me all the time, great knives.
Colorado Coffinmaker Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 The "Tinker" Deluxe "Tinker" and Super Tinker are absolutely GREAT pocket knives.
Buckshot Bob Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 It’s always nice having a set of tweezers on you.

I do have an Oso Sweet that rides around clipped to the inside of my boot. And of course, a Tinker in my pocket.

Best CR We order stuff online all the time, mostly out of necessity. For instance, I was looking at bird feeder t'other day, found a good looking one at Home Depot for a not terrible price, called the store, "We don't stock those, you have to order them online." Well NUTS! Online shopping is a mixed blessing. I'm the kind that likes to go the the store and look and handle stuff. I get it that brick and mortar stores can't carry the inventory as online stores and make money. Don't mean I have to like it. My two cents, JHC

My two cents, JHC Any more I go online to Home Depot, Lowes, etc….before I end up setting foot in the store just to check inventory. It’s saved me many a wasted trip. But sometimes I think the company's that have brick and mortar stores + an online presence lose out this way. If I have to order it online I might as well check Amazon, eBay, Duck Duck Go, etc….
Pat Riot Posted April 8, 2023 Posted April 8, 2023 I carry the Victorinox Explorer every day. It’s like the Deluxe Tinkerer except instead of the mini pliers it has a magnifying glass.
