Yep, Grease Gun. Without checking I'm going to guess at least 2 other items of military kit.
Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
That's neat. Had a seven cylinder radial airplane motor for power.
Abilene Slim SASS 81783
M3 Stuart light tank shown above had twin Cadillac engines. M3 Grant medium tank had a radial. You can hear it in the Humphrey Bogart movie “Sahara”. A good flick too! Not sure what engine M3 grease gun had… Military nomenclature has always been confusing! Utah Bob #35998
Standard practice for the army was to designate the year of adoption as the official nomenclature for a piece of equipment. M1903 Springfield, M1910 Canteen, M1911 pistol, M1917 Helmet, etc. Before WWII they began the practice of naming the first type of any weapon, vehicle, gas mask, and so forth with the M1 (model 1) designation, causing more confusion than ever.

I thought the majority of M3 Stewart's were powered by the 7 cylinder Continental radial that ran on Av Gas. With a few being equiped with the Gulberson T-1020 diesel engine . The twin Cadillac V8s weren't used until the M5 Stewart.

Wikipedia’s link to the M3 discusses the tank, but lists specs for the M5. I need to read more carefully and check other sources!
