Subdeacon Joe
The new Marine scored 248 out of a possible 250 on Table 1 of the Marine Corps Rifle Qualification and followed it by a perfect 100 on Table 2, earning him the recruit record at Parris Island, South Carolina, under the modern scoring system. Alpo
Bull chips. Sounds like that man is the best shot at Parris island. But "the deadliest recruit"?? How many people has he killed? Oh all he has shot is paper targets? That doesn't make him deadly, that makes him skillful.

Do you want to stand out in front of him at any reasonable range under combat conditions armed with any weapon he will likely ever face and challenge him to a gunfight? If you do, I'd like to be there to see how it turns out.

Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
As I understand it there are Marine Corps training facilities at both Parris Island and Camp Pendleton. Do they compete in this kind of thing? Oneupmanship?
