V.A. at it's best once again

First, I receive exceptional care at V.A., but the administrative side is a nightmare. This is a letter I received today, 9/24/18, that is dated 9/18, mailed 9/21, informing me I have an eye appointment 9/12/18. Of course I did go to that appointment. Sad state of affairs at V.A.

Smoken D, you really shouldn’t post photos with that much personal info on them. 

 

I have only had a little interaction with the VA, but that was for home loans.

So you went 9/12/18 and they already made your appointment for next year. Sounds pretty efficient to me.

Good idea to black out your address when posting on an open forum. You never know who's reading things.
