Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Here is a picture of the latest Mars Rover landing on Mars last night. Talk about accuracy. Fired from earth and dropped a one ton rover right on target. (What's this have to do with cowboy shooting? It landed on the western part of Mars. ) http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/msl/multimedia/pia15978b.html

Earl Brasse, SASS #3562 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Shows you just how far he's willing to go to dig up more voters. Looks like an exclusive range, the cost per round is a bit too much to have to fire a few just for practice.
Shooting Bull Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Is that you scouting out a site for a new range? Shows just how far I'll go to get us back into action.
Joe LaFives #5481 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 What to say when your kids ask if Math is important.
Gold Canyon Kid #43974 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Watched the NASA TV channel last night. They spent an hour telling us how they might have poor communications with it for several days then when it landed-and they rated the successful landing at 1 in 3, then everything worked perfect. What a bunch of happy engineers at JPL. Hope it functions for several years roving around Mars.
