Winchester 1887 Rifle

Very nice. Not to say there is a comparison because I don't know, but we shot 3.5" 10 ga. magnum slugloads out of my Zabala early this week. Lots of recoil.

I couldn't find any pictures of the one Fireball made but the one in the video made by Larry Romano has a different bolt face than a stock 1887. From the below picture it looks like the bolt face extends into the chamber of the barrel a bit.

The bolt face of the original 1887, 1901, and the reproductions are all flat and do not protrude into the chamber.

My '87 manufactured in 1891 looks similar to the picture above. The only difference I see is the picture above has a cut on the left side.

And my CC-87 looks the same as the original above (not pictured).
