Marshal TKD, Sass # 36984L
What defines a major regional? The South East Regional, Ambush At Cavern Cove is typically the end of September, first Sunday in October.
Edward R S Canby, SASS#59971
Have you viewed the SASS Regional Map on this page? With a little bit of searching you can find the websites for these matches and get matches dates and details. You can look at previous year's scores and decide if there is enough attendance to attend. I already know my regional will be held near the end of April 2024. The dates for the SW Regional are posted too.

Yellowstone Vic SASS#32968
Back of the Chronicle under annual matches. They have been capitalizing the Regionals for ease of “filtering”. I personally like Ramrod’s and Mr Canby’s method. YMMV.

This feature now lists the regionals for 2024. I expect more listings to appear as matches get approved and scheduled for next year.
Assassin
He did say ".major" regionals. Are there any "major" regionals anymore, 250-350 shooters?

Seems major to me. 20 yrs ago it was quite common to have 250 -300 shooters at annuals and so many venders that some had to be told no to setting up. SASS has few Major Matches now and vendors are fewer and fewer . SAD
