TN Williams is a die-hard S&W fan.   He loves the Performance Center stuff.

If you want to get some of TW's money, just flash a S&W in front of his face.

Truth be known, I'll probably buy a COLT just to spite ole TW.

I am ashamed of myself. Here I have been making fun of old @Tennessee williams and here you are telling me that he is a fine upstanding man of great discernment and excellent taste, a man who admires America's Finest Double Action revolvers. And then to top it off, I took the side of a man who probably likes My Little Pony stamped on guns!

Exactly! Widder has more money than sense. Too bad I wasn't born Rich instead of being so intelligent and good looking.

I BOUGHT THE 4".    WOW, Larsen is correct in that it is smooth and much nicer than the originals.

This revolver could become an instant classic.

p.s. - anyone want to loan me a few bucks to help me buy a cold Pepsi?

Now we're both too poor to pay attention. I bought a 6.5" smith pc today. Yes, you guessed it. When I walked in the door with it, the bunkhouse boss said, "you been talking to Widder again aint ya"? You're a bad influence on a poor fella.

I ain't one to talk about someone's Bunkhouse Boss, BUT...... when TW goes to a gun show, he is given

strict orders NOT to come home empty handed.

Poor ole feller, even when he don't want to buy a new toy, he's forced to get one.

He does exactly as he's told because he's weak!

EDIT:  Today, he was real weak cause he had to bring home another Performance Center

revolver.

What gun store is that? We are heading to Sevierville in a week or so and I might "need" to check it out!

I got it locally at 'SLATER'S IN-HOUSE GUNS'.    His business phone is:  865 / 591-5129.

Slater is also a SASS Merchant.

The gun stores you will want to visit in Sevierville are:

1. Smoky Mountain Knife (and gun).  In their basement area, they have a HUGE gun section.

Lots of guns..... pistols, rifles and shotguns.   AND..... lots of ammo.

2. on the other corner of that area is BUD's GUNS.   They also have a LARGE selection of guns

but I don't think they are as big as Smoky Man Knife section.

Closer into Knoxville, just off I-40, is Smoky Mountain GUN.   They also have a HUGE selection

of pistols, rifles and shotguns, similar to Smoky Mountain Knife.   And, they also

have a HUGE sporting goods selections for just about all your outdoor needs, including

boots, clothes, archery, scopes, binoculars, holsters, cleaning stuff, ammo, etc.....

And they are a large dealer for SIG, Nighthawk scopes, Leupold, Steiner, etc.....

Check em out.

you could have gifted , the other to me

Novel idea.  I could have kept my favorite and given away the one taking up space in my safe.

I'll remember that next time..... ;)
