Charlie Harley, #14153 Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 I am at an airshow for the Tri-County Warbird Museum near Cincinnati, Ohio. Lots of warbirds restored to flying condition. Attached is a video clip of a P-51 in hot pursuit of an FW109 trailing smoke. As it should be. Last night’s banquet included a panel discussion with four World War II vets. IMG_9476.MOV Gratitude

Does sound good, though.
Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967 Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 I downloaded it a second time, then tried four different players. What'd you use, Lumpy?
Capt. James H. Callahan Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 No worky here or at work for me. JHC
Irish Pat Posted September 19, 2021 Posted September 19, 2021 That’s a Focke-Wolf 190 trailing smoke. Not a ME-109. Probably just a typo, it was great video
Noz Posted September 19, 2021 Posted September 19, 2021 Worked fine on an old MAC and Quick Time. That long nose is what a War Bird is supposed to look like. Enjoyed it. Took me back to the late 40s when our high school library had ID sets of all US, English, German and Japanese minatures for practice in aircraft Identification.

Abilene Slim SASS 81783 Posted September 19, 2021 Posted September 19, 2021 Quicktime is needed to view it. Perhaps there are some apps available to view it from a Windows or tablet platform. Do a search on the web for viewing Quicktime movies also known as .MOV
