Probably Belgian...would need Proof Marks to verify.

 

Not a terribly uncommon pistol.

i like it , id get one if i saw one for reasonable - depends on the folding stuff in my pocket at the time tho

that would definitely depend on my folding disposable and my wifes disposition at the time , i see these as more a fun curiosity that a necessity , i have a few flintlocks and a few percussions but nothing is in my shopping list right now ,

Simple.  It's a Two Barrel, two horn'd flying Damascus People Shooter.  Nice one too.
