Are Ringer's coated bullets soft cast? Keeping under the 1,000 fps limit uses PSI that indicates very soft lead. Q: does Ringer state the BHN of his bullets? You might be able to PM him here at "Lead Ringer" I see him on every so often. I forget what the BHN was but have been using them for over a year now and prefer the color over the typical bright red lip stick looking one I've seen. His packaging is excellent as well. I believe he ships for free over a hundred dollars or it might be 2000 pcs.

Abilene Al, SASS #72248
Red River Ray bullets, slick and well made. Great cowboy, carpenter and just generally a good guy. Abilene
bgavin
I am having Ringer Bullets run a special order for me. 38 caliber, 105gr LTCFP, Hi-Tek, BHN=9. I didn't ask, but he could probably run those 45 caliber you want. Most of the load pressures I've seen for 45 center around soft-cast bullets.
