DocWard Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 I have a punching bag from my martial arts days, but find with the shoulder issues I now experience, I tend to ache after trying it out. I can still kick without much problem, other than the fact that I have lost all of my flexibility. I would love to get back into the martial arts, but don't see it happening.
