Hindering investigation and encouraging another player or players to lie in his support. If they can get that to fly then the players union cannot touch it. If they just suspend him for PEDs then the appeal process will allow him to colletct his money completely through the appeal process. Yankees want him gone. So do I. I think he is a bum. The player's union swings a BIG stick. Way too big as is usually the case. Until the asylum takes back control from the inmates not much will change. Besides Jughead Jones and the Cowboys, that's one reason I quit watching the NFL long ago. The NFL and the NBA have become high priced thugs IMHO.
