Cemetery
So when the Zombies come, how soon till we all revert back to black powder gunz since nobody will be manufacturing cartridges anymore? Sure you can reload, and recast and such.....but primers and smokeless powder? How do you make that? And could you render zombie fat for boolit loob? Grizzly Dave
Don't watch the show, never gotten into the whole zombie thing. But have been fascinated by crossbows for some time, but as they are not legal to hunt with in Colorado, at least last I knew, never got one. Cypress Sun
So when the Zombies come, how soon till we all revert back to black powder gunz since nobody will be manufacturing cartridges anymore? Sorry, you can't use black powder........makes the zombies cough. I'm pretty sure that Federal Law prohibits smoking in any zombie workplace. Sure you can reload, and recast and such.....but primers and smokeless powder? How do you make that? Can't answer that one. And could you render zombie fat for boolit loob? Nope, two reasons; Defiling a corpse of a corpse is currently probited by law in most states and when a zombie has been walking around (for who khow's how long) they tend to work the fat off of them, making them very lean. Hope this helps.

An ya' hafta use "Traditional" blackpowder rifles, no "in-line" primer guns for BP hunting.
Utah Bob #35998
This is why you must be well stocked up on ammo before the EOTWAWKI pockyclipse. "But Utah", you might say, "You'll eventually run out of cartridges and be left at the mercy of the howling horde. I think not. Seeing as how the circulatory-challenged shambling marauders are...how do you put it?... DEAD... I am convinced they have a limited shelf life. How many weeks can a rotting corpse remain ambulatory from a biological standpoint? Not many I'd wager. As they turn in to piles of putrescent goo on the ground, you simply emerge from your lair and carry on. Easier than surviving a nuke attack if you ask me. Should have plenty of ammo to spare. Spur Strap SASS # 57161
Just hold off till winter. When winter comes they will freeze up and all you have to do is hit em with a bat. Now if your in the south where it is warm you may have to go to plan b.
