Grizzly Dave Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Strange Phenomenon - Have you ever noticed that both dirty laundry and dirty dishes in the sink seem to multiply at alarming rates?
Okie Sawbones, SASS #77381 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Strange Phenomenon - Have you ever noticed that both dirty laundry and dirty dishes in the sink seem to multiply at alarming rates? Nope -- I'm too Type A -- they get zipped into the dishwasher or washing machine before they even get cold.
Grizzly Dave Posted February 28, 2011 Author Posted February 28, 2011 Before Badger asks me why I put dirty laundry in the sink, I'll clarify, dirty laundry in the basket, and dirty dishes in the sink.
Swifty Morgan Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 They are all part of the rabbit family! Be careful of the dryer! It's a sock monster... they go in and never return....
Sneaky Gun Runner SASS 79775 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Socks escape the dryer, breed, and have clothes hangers.
Texas Lizard Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Strange Phenomenon - Have you ever noticed that both dirty laundry and dirty dishes in the sink seem to multiply at alarming rates? Only when the wife is out of town...The morning she is coming home...Everything is done...Almost... Texas Lizard Back from a most enjoyable Winter Range...And tired...
Spooky Joe, SASS #24061 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Sneaky Gun Runner - You almost have it right. After years of observtion and study I've almost proven that single socks are the larval stage of wire coat hangers. And the reason that tornados always hit trailer parks. They are unduly attracted to pink plastic flamingos.
Four-Eyed Buck,SASS #14795 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Spooky, You might have something there. There's none of them ugly pink things in this park, and so far, we've not had one hit here
Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 They are all part of the rabbit family! Be careful of the dryer! It's a sock monster... they go in and never return.... They go through a dimensional warp and come back in the closet as hangers. No BS, just fact.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Captain Jack, the wonder lab, is in charge of washing the dishes. Socks get worn until they have major holes and then we recycle them. Our house is on board Mr. Gore.
Utah Bob #35998 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 A twenty turns into a couple of singles in my wallet all the time.
Allie Mo, SASS No. 25217 Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Hi Grizz, Although I hate cleaning house, I still don't mind doing laundry or loading the dishwasher. Regards, Allie "wondering if I missed some sarcastic joke again" Mo
Grizzly Dave Posted March 1, 2011 Author Posted March 1, 2011 I'm weird with dishes, I pretty much compulsively have to pretty much wash them before putting them in the dishwasher, at that point, might as well just wash them by hand, so I do. Ad to that Miz Grizz don't want her pots and pans in the dishwasher, not sure why.

I fill my DW every night and even put all the pots and pans in. If they all don't fit, they sit on the counter until they do. Gotta get rid of the cooties dontcha know. Regards, Allie Mo
