your M1909 looks to be if fine condition , i love mine as well as my M1817 but these revolvers are DA/SA so they dont qualify at this point in time , both of my revolvers are very accurate and fun to shoot , which reminds me ive not opened that bunch up for range duty for a very long time - this is a great time to start thinking of my range trips and what i need to take with me - both need to be included , my M1905 deserves the same attention ,

ive revised my thinking of californians - seems there were more votes cast in my line of thinking there than any other state last time - they are just outnumbered and with the wagons circled still cant quite stand off the opposition , i think Fetterman and respect them more than in the past comments ive made - i retract ,

they make a 10 round slide - its what i use , most generally adequate for any stage ive shot ,

i learned an interesting thing of chedite primers - there are two available here of the three they mfgr , the boxes look the same but one is their 1000 primer that is the lighter of the two [for 20ga and 28ga ] the other r is their 2000 version that is for 12ga and 16ga i supose you could use either in our light loads , i use the 10-12 grains in 12ga and load 3/4oz shot with red dot or clays - but i think the others should be about the same as burn rates are very close

it sounds fun to do but it would take too long so most would get bored with the wait , you have a nice cadre of single shots tho , very nice ,

often i find myself imagining another path in life in another time - that might be it , but the days of thinking that way are way long gone , ive had a good and productive life in the path i chose , but sometimes i wonder ..................
