Cypress Sun
A behemoth of a bully meets a much smaller man who knows how to handle bullies. I just hope that the smaller man doesn't face any charges. You may want to turn down the volume a little because of background noise. Subdeacon Joe
If the description of the events is accurate the large gentleman got what he deserved. Also, while I personally think that septum rings make people look like and I don't find the thin ones on the side objectionable, I wouldn't express my opinion of them in public unless asked, or confronted with something like, "You don't want to listen to me just because of my nose ring!" ADDED: The stance and swagger of the large gentleman tells me that he is used to wielding whatever petty power he has, as well as his bulk, to try to intimidate people, and until then nobody has stood up to him. But going solely on that video, it appeared to me that the guy in the pink shirt was the bully, not the guy in the bib overalls. The guy in the bibs got attacked by the guy in the pink shirt.

From the written description the large gentleman was picking on a woman because of her choice of jewelry. If so the smaller guy was trying to stop bullying. Big Sage, SASS #49891 Life
My Dad always told me if I was in an argument or disagreement and I thought it would end up in a fight...throw the first punch and usually it would be over. 2
Forty Rod SASS 3935
Taint the amount of the dog in the fight, it's the amount of fight in the dog. It looked like the big guy took the fight to the smaller guy who defended himself. I might have done the same thing...and have on occasion. Don't let the other guy throw the first punch if he's coming at you...and keep on swinging until he can't fight back. And be aware of others getting involved. 3
DocWard
At about the 50 second mark someone says something about "sucker punching." Nope, not in my handbook. It looked like he put his left arm up to try to get him to keep his distance. That left also helped measure him, and he brought the right from down low for power and put his weight into it. Notice how he springs up with the punch. And boy, howdy, did he ring the big guy's bell. My guess is that big guy just expected to be able to push him around with his size, weight and attitude. To go g-rated, he "fooled around and found out." Edited September 9 by DocWard
Pat Riot
I’ll bet he thinks before running his mouth again. The big guy, I mean.
