Hi all, I came across a 4pound unopened jug. What would be a fair price for a friend.

Thanks R.R.R.

Considering it is not in production right now, there really is no certain price.  What the market will bear really plays on this one.  100% depends on who is buying and who is selling.  There is no logic on powder pricing right now, especially on powders not in production.

good luck, GJ

I am seeing shotgun powders running about $40 a pound. I think $120-$150 would be about right.

Though out-of-stock it is still cataloged by some merchants.  Powder Valley lists it at $167.  If you sold it at that price, it would still be a bargain as you would have paid sales tax, shipping and HAZMAT.

$40-$45 per pound is absolutely a fair price. If you’re gonna need to replace it with something else it’s gonna cost you that much unless you buy powder from me!  The powders I am selling are. $35-$38 per pound.

Hugs and your friend is lucky to have you as a friend!

Not looking to make a profit. Selling to a friend just wanted to be fair.

Thanks All

Clays [ our AS30 ] & TB are made by ADI in Australia..was at a funeral a few week,s ago & spoke with one of the major shooting suppliers  down-under ...I know it's been said before 'BUT his words were ' there is a good slim chance that ADI will back to full production, no time frame was given however he mixes in the right circles so time will tell...FYI powder here ranges between $180 - $ 220 per LB.
