Abilene, SASS # 27489
If you can find one close to you so no shipping, that would be good.

An excellent Smith and a great guy. He welded a pair of low-profile Blackhawk hammer spurs on my Stainless Ruger Old Armies years ago. They look like they came from Ruger. Major Hazzard, SASS #23254
I had a pair of Uberti made EMF Hartford Model revolvers done by Long Hunter about 10 years or so back. I seriously could not be happier with the results.
Abilene, SASS # 27489
I have several Colts and a number of Uberti SAA's. I have only had action jobs on two of the Colts, as they had timing problems when I got them and at the time I didn't know enough about them to fix that. Every other Colt and Uberti has had nothing but a spring kit and I am happy with all of them. Most new SAA clones have pretty good timing when new. YMMV of course.
