I know these get boring but it’s kinda cool that they’re filming it where the story was originally written and it’s only 15 minutes from my house. Maybe he’ll fly over my house today! Yes but Metropolis is NYC by day and Gotham is NYC by night. Perhaps you live near smallville.

Marshal Dan Troop 70448
Getting back to original post, I hope the story line is good. Lately all the super type heroes of DC have taken a path that are ridiculous and a waste of movie goers money, But, looking at pictures of his costume, l have my doubts even though they went slightly back to the what the orifinal were. Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770
The biggest problem I have with the telling, retelling, and retelling AGAIN, is that each time it's told, whoever is telling it is telling it the way HE, (or SHE), wants to tell it. I've loved superheros, Science Fiction, and Westerns since I was a kid. The 1977 Superman with Christopher Reeves was told very much the way the story was originally written. The Superman and Lois TV show was similar. But now, even in the comics, they keep changing the story for a more modern" audience. Well guess what, these stories has been around for most of a century because the audience LIKED the way they were written. It's the same way with Star Trek, Star Wars, and many more. As far as I was concerned, J.J. Abrams came close to killing Star Trek because he told it the way HE wanted to tell it, not the way Gene Roddenberry WROTE it. The Disney Grooming group is killing Star Wars, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Indiana Jones because they want to tell the stories THEIR way, not the way they were written. I don't know how this Superman movie will tell his story. But if it's not told the way Superman was written, I'll not be seeing it.
Marshal Dan Troop 70448
There really isn't anything entertaining anymore coming out of Hollywood.

They're redoing "Twister"! The only thing that makes it look mildly interesting is it stars Glen Powell. And I'll still almost assuredly wait until it's on HBO and such. Linn Keller, SASS 27332, BOLD 103
That it's being filmed in Cleveland, is of interest. That Cleveland is being turned into Metropolis, is of interest. That it can be seen in real life, is of interest. When "Mischief" was filmed in Nelsonville, I was working as one of the lawmen hired in to keep traffic under control, lots of looky-loos. Had to have an understanding with a local who insisted on laying on the horn when they were trying to film.
