Cold Lake Kid, SASS # 51474
Well, that's better than the six cylinder Studebaker LARKs our Police Service had at one time, as patrol and response vehicles.
Rip Snorter
I had an 8 cylinder Studebaker Lark convertible in college. Not only a chick magnet, it had reclining seats! Reasonably fast as well.

Alpo
We had a 64 Studebaker Lark, four-door. 1965. I don't remember seats reclining. But what did I know - I was 10.

I believe it was an option - a relative had a Studebaker dealership. Family had a 4 door as well. Can't recall if it reclined. Lot of years ago.
