I fell that we can no longer be sure of that.

ill second that - seems every election in recent memory ends up in court somehow from counting chads to the current abuse of government against a past president , our elections have become as illagitamate as any third world country we presided over in the past ,

this time next year ill be a year older and closer to what we all face in the end , but im happy to note that this year our range is open this weekend - not at all normal in january here , and im thinking to go shoot , next year it probably wont be as we are experiencing abnormal conditions here right now and thats a bit scary as we all know what the other shoe dropping is like , we shall see ...........

That is a typical summer day temp in Sacramento.
Fortunately, we do not have the triple digit humidity here.

We have days on end at 46C and a very occasional 49C.

The photo below is maw-in-law and my bride in 2017.
It was a record year, IIRC.

I lived in Elk Grove CA for 3 years, 2010-2013. For some reason I had it in my head that it would be cool in the summer there. I was wrong…very very wrong.
