  1. Alpo, I have no idea about the minister thing, but if you come to Springfield, there's 4 clubs close by and a cowboy shoot every weekend. Irish Tom.
  2. I have had good luck with Stoeger. As others have said, buy one that is already slicked up. I recommend Longhunter. He does excellent work, and you can get it for under a grand. Irish Tom
  3. Doc. I enjoyed shooting with you and the rest of posse 4. Great shoot, as always. Irish Tom.
  4. Congratulations to all the winnwers. It was a great match, had a great time. Thanks to Beans and Cornbread for all their hard work. Irish Tom.
  5. Gotta love that SD weather. I'm an old SD farm boy myself.
  6. Graybeard, It was a pleasure to posse with you and congratulations for placing third in Silver Senior. P.O.P. is always a great shoot. A big thank you to the Powder Creek Cowboys. Irish Tom.
  7. I've had one for years. As many have said, it's a little heavy for carry, but makes a great truck gun or house gun.

  9. How soon primers become available again, will depend a lot on what happens November 3rd.
  10. Here's a couple suggestions for motels. There are also motels in Osowatomie, about a 30 minute drive from the range. GARNETT HOTEL & RV PARK 109 Prairie Plaza Pkwy, Garnett, KS 66032 (785) 448-6800 Economy Inn 604 N Maple St, Garnett, KS 66032 (785) 448-6816 Spring Roundup was this last weekend, it was a great shoot. Info on Border Wars should be up on the Free State Rangers web site soon. Irish Tom.
  11. Pull three, drop two, load one, shoot. Pull three more, drop two, load one, shoot. Repeat as often as necessary. At least that's how I do it. Irish Tom.
  12. Very purdy Bob. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Irish Tom.
