Texas Maverick Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 Has anyone dealt with them before. Just trying to make sure they are legit. https://uglybullets.com/ugly-9mm/1000-rounds-of-ugly-9mm-115gr/ Thanks TM
Crazy Gun Barney, SASS #2428 Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 I have seen a lot of ugly bullets. mostly when I am trying to cast my own.....
Sedalia Dave Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 Well they accept credit cards so that is a plus. However their shipping charges are outrageous. $72.00 to ship 1000 9mm bullets seems awfully excessive.

If you get two of them, shipping is about $20.

I took a SWAG on package dimensions and did a calculate price for UPS and Fed-Ex. A 30lb package 18" X 18" X 8" would cost about $70.00 to ship from TX to the PRoK.

I didn't open the link and was thinking bullets, not cartridges.

Thanks TM I had some email interaction with the owner of AmmoSeek regarding a vendor I thought might be fraudulent. After an email exchange and a nice phone conversation I was and am convinced they vet all vendors on AmmoSeek very well.

Even with the $72 shipping cost they were still cheaper than all the others. I paid $250 for 1000 with free shipping which was still higher than the $140 plus $72 for shipping. Guess I will have to check them out and see if they are quality bullets even though they may be ugly. LOL TM
