South Pass Kid
Got some items to upgrade my rugged gear gun cart. Back wheels came off easy but the front one doesn't want to come off. Depressed the button, got it to move a little bit but then its like its stuck.
John Kloehr
Tannerite. Or there are some strange clips to get a screw driver under to pop off. Like maybe the ones in this thread: Can you post some pics of your's?

Take the front cover, over the wheel off, and you'll see what needs to be done.
Scarlett
If you want to remove the front wheel only, not the fork it may be helpful to lock the wheel with the little lifter arm up above fork. That will keep the fork from spinning. The two little buttons need to be depressed. Sometimes it helps to spray some Ballistol in the holes and press the buttons in with the end of a Sharpie. Debris and grime may be helping hold the wheel in place. May need a couple of gentle taps with a mallet to get it off. If you need to remove the whole wheel assembly, remove front cover, loosen nut … be mindful of the two washers and bearings. Hugs! Scarlett if you continue to have issues, call Barb at Rugged Gear (800) 447-3924. She will be glad to help you!

Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
You are assuming they are supposed to come off. When new most of the Rugged Gears require some assembly. One of the assembly procedures is installing the front wheel onto the forks. I have had several Rugged Gear's and in my experience once that front wheel is installed it is a PITA to get it back off. When I got my first Rugged Gear my hope was to remove the wheels so it would fit into the luggage compartment on the side of my RV. The rear wheels no problem. The front was basically not coming off without a lot of work.
