Subdeacon Joe
Found this on FB: "Here is an original WW2 Sub Service Flag for the USS Plaice SS 390….The Plaice was launched in November 1943.. This flag belonged to a crew member who live not far from me.. It is in my collection now and the centerpiece of my small submarine collection……The central design is a Disney character known as Jimminy Cricket… He is riding a fish and holding a torpedo…The fish is called a Plaice which is in the halibut family.. The flag design features 4 Japanese war ships sunk and 2 probables… 4 Merchant ships sunk and 1 probable… as well a number of smaller ships engaged as shown by the pennants at the bottom… When the rising Sun has the full red center these are confirmed sinkings and the white center are probable/possibles….If a correction on that is needed please chime in… They participated in 12 mine laying missions and rescued 5 Air crewman from a downed Army B25 Mitchell in the south China sea." 5

Alpo
1941? Maybe? Seems like they were watching for Japanese subs from the top of the ferris wheel in an amusement park. SomeSUB may have torpedoed the ferris wheel. Only saw that one time. Hard to remember. Now Cary Grant sunk the truck. You haven’t missed anything. Pretty moronic, even though directed by Stephen Spielberg.

I've seen trailers for it and didn't think it would be worth watching. I know it's odd, but I've never been much of a fan of Belushi or Akroyd.
