According to the description, it's not an AOW - which would require paperwork with the ATF and a $5 tax payment - but is a firearm, just like that little short Mossberg and Remington. 26.1 inches overall.

It's ugly alright. I've never understood why the manufactures go through the expense of putting fancy, non-optic, sights on shotguns with "pistol grip" style stocks. 

 

Also, for anyone that considers purchasing a stack magazine fed shotgun...don't leave the mag loaded with shells for an extended period of time. The shell will oval out at the crimp end making for a nasty surprise when you go to chamber it.;)

 

No, I won't be buying one either.
