Unofficial story (rumor)

Recommended Posts

A friend just told me that Smith & Wesson plans to move its Springfield, Mass facility to

my home town..... Maryville, TN.

Anyone know more about this?

No, but that would be great....I think....

That would mean many months of transferring equipment, no manufacturing going on, supply lines interrupted, QA issues....

Yeah, It'll be great! :D

Beretta moved to Gallatin, TN from Maryland with little or no interruption of services.  Perhaps S&W can do the same!

That would be nice. I have been checking on the availability of S&W revolvers at various locations in CA and there are J Frames aplenty but not much in regards to other revolvers.
