Widder, SASS #59054 Posted April 12, 2020 Author Posted April 12, 2020 FEDERAL. Tennessee has no state income tax. Actually, the state Constitution forbids it. Should anyone ever want to have a law for TN to have a state income tax, they'll have to first change our state Constitution. ..........Widder

Abilene Slim SASS 81783 Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 In Kansas, state income tax is determined by your Federal income tax return. Can't fill out a KS return without having done the federal first.
