State Law Prevents Gun Store Closure

On local TV news tonight. A Springfield, Missouri gunstore that was initially told to close because it was not an “essential” business, has now been informed it can continue conducting business. The indoor range is closed but I guess something about constitutional rights and a state law caused local authorities to reconsider. Restricting the right to purchase guns and ammunition, apparently raised some interesting questions. Curbside service, but still operating.

Tell that to the sheriff of LA County, California...

Here’s hoping the NRA or SAF or some law firm with deep pockets will do just that.

LA is large enough to have filed a dozen restraining orders against the Sheriff by now.

The LA Sheriff has been backed down by the LA County Attorney’s Office.

Hopefully the San Jose Mayor's Office will back down also.

Ohio’s gun stores are open for business. There’s a few that have actually self closed believe it it not!
