Stir, and strain into a footed rocks glass. Sounds like you take the last quarter inch of whatever 5 bottles are almost empty, add bitters and ice. PF Not at all. Only crappy Scotch full of peat tastes like that. And even some very expensive Scotch can be crappy in my opinion.
