Howdy Dr. Alpo

does the ice last longer in the cooler when your drinks have been chilled in the Frig or

does it matter if the drinks are room temperature?

Will the ice last longer one way or the other?

I don't know if this is the answer (and I'm not Dr. Alpo) but when I put my canteen in the freezer overnight it stays cold all day at a shoot no matter how hot it is! I would imagine it's the same principle applied here.;)

It will last longer. The less ice you melt cooling them down initially the more ice will be left to keep it cold. Done it many times, it does make a difference.

Alpo is unable to answer right now as he is attending the annual World Theorists Federation symposium at the University of Woollamaloo. So I will answer in his stead.

Glad to see you made it back from the XXX symposium.

Bit odd you’re name’s not Bruce though.

edit. Apparantly you can’t abbreviate the World Theorists Federation. Interesting.

You may call me Bruce, if it helps to avoid confusion.
