Red Cent Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Not to hi-jack a thread. I was watching the movie last night and I noticed something. When John Wayne is getting a haircut, he reaches back to adjust his gun and holster and realizes......there ain't no gun in the holster. Doesn't hesitate. Didn't blink. He realized what had happened. In Tombstone, when Doc gets deathly ill, he starts to fall off his horse. As they catch him, his handgun falls in his lap and disappears to the ground. Watch close.
Brasspounder Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Small details aside... The best thing about that movie was the line: "I wont be wronged, I wont be insulted, and I wont be laid hands on. I don't do these things to other people and I require the same from them." Words to live by, for sure... Bp
Nasty Newt # 7365 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 That was quite a segue. PS: I see from the next thread in line that you accidentally put this on the wrong thread.
Nate Kiowa Jones #6765 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 OK, First one 5 misses for sure. Second one match DQ.
Anvil Al #59168 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 No printed Chronicle the convention every other year, the rule book getting thicker constantly and the never ending bickering, let the death watch begin. ?????
High Sierra Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 I'm going to pop some popcorn. This thread could get real interesting. HS
VICIOUS, SASS#8014 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 The news of my death has been greatly exaggerated. I have been at it for 25 years and in 25 more this game will continue without me, BUT until then I will give all the fun I can.
