Rowdy-Finn Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 I'd appreciate any prayers from the Prayer Posse. My father, Capt. Curtis A. Karvala (USN ret.) passed away on Sun. 10/9/11. He was the ultimate gunfighter to me. He flew prop-fighters and then jet-fighters for the Navy from the time he graduated from the Naval Academy until they made him take a desk. He gave me my first shotgun and taught me how to shoot it. He also gave me some good eyes and reflexes. I'm gonna' miss him dearly.
