  1. I had seen him opening for Aerosmith a couple of years earlier, and the earlier performance was the better of the two. That is what I am judging against. He still gave a great performance! Unlike Kiss
  2. I saw them once in concert. No makeup era. No, I wasn't impressed. Ted Nugent opened for them. He wasn't particularly "on" but was better than they were. If I hadn't been with others, I would have left early too.
  3. Understeer, the front of the car hits the wall first. Oversteer, the back of the car hits the wall first.
  4. Sights? We don't need no stinkin' sights! (I'm assuming lasers?)
  5. But were they obeying corvid laws?
  6. He who laughs last, thinks slowest...
  7. That's not quite the meme I have. Something about " _____ you and your grid square..."
  8. I like it!
  9. You're welcome! I'm a subscriber, I've found a good amount of information there!
  10. Weird, I was just watching a couple of your videos.
  11. SASS Alias: Doc Ward SASS #: 91818 Where you are from: Ohio How long you’ve been Cowboy Action Shooting: 5 years, but not much during that time, unfortunately
  12. Looks interesting! I will need to keep my eye out for it
  13. Happy Birthday!
  14. Yep. Otherwise, I have to go with the original Mac commercial.
  15. I suppose that depends. For me, being in the Army Reserve and the National Guard was the "right job." I loved it, and miss it every day. Being the attorney representing our children services agency as an assistant prosecutor was the "right job." A job I didn't enjoy, but was passionate about, good at, and received a bit of fulfillment from. It wasn't my choice to no longer do it. I wish that being a police and fire dispatcher had been the "right job." I tried harder than anything I ever tried, with the possible exception of being a combat medic. I just couldn't develop that skill set. Right now, I enjoy my work, although I wish it paid more and the hours were different. Is it the right job for me? At this point in time it pays the bills, I do it passably well, and I enjoy it, so that is enough. I applied for a job using my actual degree almost two months ago, and was really excited by the prospect. At this point in my life, I thought it could be the "right job." But it appears it is not to be.
  16. I just barely remember that one!
  17. I was griping about something at work a few days back. My boss commented about me not liking my job. I think she worries because I'm "over-qualified" and retail has a high turnover rate. I looked at her and grinned. Told her I like my job just fine, that I complained about the Army Reserve and the National Guard for over twenty years too, but kept reenlisting. Yes, if the right job comes along, I will leave, but I think everyone would say that. Of course, it doesn't look like that is happening any time soon.
  18. Looks interesting, I will need to watch it later.
  19. I was taught the human eye naturally picks up green more readily than red. Red is better for night because it doesn't bother your night vision nearly as much. When the Crimson Trace rep was training us, he confirmed both of those things. Seems if you are looking to take down coyotes, then the laser and light might be the better option for night time use.
  20. Morale increase, yes, work output, not so much.
  21. I will respectfully disagree. It is as much a Mustang as later Mustangs claim to be, and served to hold the name for continuity. The Mustang II shared very little with the Pinto, despite being "based" upon it. Heck, remember if you will, the original Mustang was based upon, and had much in common with the Ford Falcon, an "economy" car, and the later Fox body Mustangs were derived from the Ford Fairmont, also an entry level vehicle. From a performance perspective, look at the numbers for all performance oriented U.S. made vehicles of the time. The car gets a lot of undeserved grief. A little insight: http://performance.ford.com/enthusiasts/newsroom/2016/09/record-number-of-mustang-ii-owners-celebrate-1st-ever-reunion-in.html(yes, that is where I got the picture) My first car was a 1970 Mustang, and I would own a Cobra II or other performance oriented Mustang II in a heartbeat.
  22. So, you're saying you don't believe me?
