The stage starts shotgun in hand. The shooter is shooting a SxS. He is holding it open but in a "trail" carry has one would do while hunting. is this OK?? As the TO I told him its not and he is breaking the 170. I was told I was wrong and it can be held that way according to the "new" SASS rules!! What say you.

Happy New Year!! Hawkeye the one I bought is for a 3rd gen gun. They had them made special. It is a better design then the threads all the way down the screw. The new cylinder pin also accommodates the new type screw. I'll let ya know!!

Found what I was looking for. My pard Tex Jones gave me a heads up that Peacemaker Specialists has a replacement pin and 1st Gen type screw. I bought the kit. Thanks to all who responded!!
