  1. Do you use a firm roll-crimp? I use 4.0gn w/158gn RNFP in .38 Special for my wife's SASS loads.
  2. Lap the bore! You may want to recut the muzzle crown.
  3. WW231/HP-38 What's your load.
  4. Check all screws for tightness, again. May have to shim the left feed rail.
  5. SASS level loads will be fine. Load 10 rnds, and do a live fire test.
  6. That was not the reason I suggested premium gas in air cooled engines. Most of the country's premium gas is ethanol free.
  7. Run premium gas in any engine that is air cooled.

  9. Saw those skills used many times when we lived in Palmdale Ca.
  10. Yes, common. Reinstall the factory spring and polish the plunger's face. Dab of grease on plunger face will help.
  11. Confirm your scale calibration. You sure this powder isn't contaminated?
  12. Take it to a g'smith and watch him do the reassembly. Take pictures and notes.....
