I’ve lived in Texas most of my life, and I love Texas BBQ sauce, too. I’ve had BBQ in Covington, KY, at the Montgomery. Not a fan, sorry, KY! Southwest rub. 2 Tbsp chili powder 2 Tbsp Brown sugar 1 tsp Cumin 2 tsp minced fresh garlic 2 tsp Cider vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire 1/4 tsp ground red pepper A local company does make a great sauce if I’m in the mood though.
