Lessons learned free from the Chicago Police as a stupid teenager.  Black and blue is not just skin deep - if done correctly it can penetrate all the way to the brain and change behavior.  I  thank the Chicago Police for their willingness to share their knowledge with me - even though it hurt at the time.
