Hi tech not in your books...But maybe you need to look at low tech..My thoughts are a hallway /3 way switch between shed and house...Hook up shed lights to one end hardwire to house other end...Just like a hallway...Yes you would need to run cable underground but it will give what you want...Turn off/on from either end... Plug the reveiver in any electrical outlet in your house. Pressing a button on the fob will turn on/off your flood light.
