OUCH is right!

Mine used to bounce brass off the brim of my hat, which prompted my well endowed female partner to remark that she would stick with her .357, thank you very much.

Right back in the face ... daggone, that's gotta hurt!

Some folks have asked me why I don't shoot Outlaw with my rifle.

Same reason. Right back in the kisser.

Your 1911 extractor and ejector need adjustment.

Cases should go 3-4 O'clock(gun muzzle is 12) when com'n out.

I LUB the external extractor on my SW1911 because it never gets out of tune.

Of course, the dang thing flings my precious brass with great abandon.

Yeah-I know what you mean. ;)

ALL, the brass out of my H&K's land in another county almost.

My AR's aren't so bad. My Barrett M107, just puts'em in a nice pile to my right.

Lumpy, 12? straight up? if held at three, it should be kicking them to the right?

CC, 12 o'clock as in straight ahead - imagine the clock face lying horizontally, with 12 being downrange. 3 o'clock would be 90o to the right.

With a standard internal extractor, the brass should be tossed to 3 or 4 o'clock. If it's getting tossed out toward you (6 o'clock) something is wrong.

You might think about taking it to a good 1911 mechanic. It takes some experience to correctly tune an extractor.

CC, then maybe you need to try gangsta outlaw. it will throw them at the ground, no, wait, only if you shoot left handed gangsta outlaw, right handed it would throw them up depending on the twist or your wrist.
