Schools aren't allowed to publish SAT scores. Bad fiction.

First five seconds... When's the last time you saw someone using shackles milking? https://www.ebay.com/itm/264653935818

100% grass fed.

Yep. As far as what will be next, I figure it'll be the meat. Starting with the ribeyes and NY strips and eventually everything including chicken livers. Self checkout eh? Talk about encouraging theft.

On the Outer Banks many moons ago and saw two water snakes doing the wild thing. Pretty... wild. Around here you befriend black snakes and garter snakes or you deal with copperheads. And sometimes you still have to deal with a copperhead. As I type, there is a 6' (at least) black snake in our Big Green Egg on the back deck. He went in thru the vent at the bottom. He's a friend, but we ain't that close. Next time he's "out of the house" I'll close the door. Damn squatters. .

Which matches are "lost brass" matches in 2025?
Stump Water replied to Nostrum Damus SASS #110702's topic in SASS Wire
Remove the brass picker. Once you clear the stage and are on your way to the unloading table the next shooter is staging guns. About the time you get to the unloading table the next shooter gets the beep. ETA: At larger matches I've been to that are not lost brass the timing/cadence is pretty much the same as above. The pickers are allowed to get what they can but need to be gone when the next shooter starts staging. I think this encourages over zealous pickers to get in there and start picking while you're still shooting. I'd rather it be lost brass. . -
I read recently that most modern aircraft do not eject empty shell casings.

Proper English: 'is' vs. 'was'

Pretty much the same experience, except it was mom's '79 Malibu with the 302. Every once in a while I would "go to the store" in her car and put the hammer down. The black crud(?) would roll out of it... looked like a diesel.

Here's a fun exercise - especially with younger folks. Pick a place that you go to fairly regularly. Tell someone from out of town how to get there. Give street/road names/numbers and, for the bonus, state distances between turns.

An example: You see your favorite brand of toothpaste at WM and it's cheaper then it is elsewhere. BUT, it's a 4 oz. tube instead of the usual 6 oz. WM dictates to toothpaste company: "You will package 4 oz. tube for WM exclusively or your toothpaste will not be in WM."

Never heard it called a "crap" game. Never heard of it being called a "crap" game until now.

Wasn't aware of that. Thanks. We don't go there much as most everything they have is an off brand. I guess stuff is packaged/branded just for them just like every other chain store.

Don't miss the holster.

Since the damnpanic you need to be a lot more diligent about sell-by dates, doesn't matter where you shop. Then again, I always have. Something my mother burned into my brain as a kid. Finding "expired" items used to be pretty rare. Now it's pretty common. I'll agree about the produce. On the other hand the one I go to occasionally has some of the best looking meat in town. .

My Android phone abandoned it's native SMS app a while back and made me switch to google messages. You can set custom notification tones with it.

Most likely that Cookie had a shotgun close at hand. Probably a rifle too, but not as close-by. Chuckwagon usually wasn't right there with the herd.
