Ad confusion

What is your first thought when you see the title of this email ad?

 

 

Are they selling both revolvers and pistols chambered in 45 automatic?

 

Or are they selling both revolvers and automatic pistols chambered in caliber 45?

 

I thought the first. That's the only reason I opened the ad - to see what 45 ACP revolvers they were selling.

 

They have mostly automatics in that ad. They have four revolvers. Three are Taurus judge and the other one is a Ruger vaquero. All four are chambered in 45 Colt. Doesn't say anything about the vaquero having two cylinders or that the judge will accept ACP.

 

So I'm assuming that their ad meant to say "auto pistols and revolvers in 45 caliber".

 

But I don't believe that's what it actually says. And I don't think the Oxford comma would help.

 

Looking at it again before I click SUBMIT, I suppose it could mean that they have a total of 45 handguns for sale - some automatics and some revolvers.

i have both 45 acp pistols and revolvers but ive not bought anything but a 22cal conversion from them ,
