Having trouble sending emails to Dillon?

Anyone else had problems getting an email through to Dillon lately?

I need replacement parts for a broken powder measure. I can’t call during normal business hours because of my job, so email is my only option at this point.

 This is the message I continue to get over and over again;

I sent one (email) a couple of days ago...no reply...

When I click on their contact link i get a different email address than you.

Calling has worked best for me. Although I recently ordered online from them and all went fine until it got to the USPS. The wait time on a call is long due to most of them working from home, but warranty parts were shipped promptly.
