Seems that the coffee bean crop is coming into maturity, and there are no laborers to pick the crop. Apparently Juan Valdez is in quarantine. Imagine what that will do to industry, AND THE MILITARY! No NCOs in functioning condition. Ships will run aground. Armies will be forever lost in the woods. Planes will no longer in opperational condition. Alas, all is lost!
