Cheyenne Ranger, 48747L Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I was changing out my mag follower and noticed, if I left off the forearm, how much the rifle looks like a Henry. I believe it would be mistaken for one if you stood in a dark room without lights and had your eyes closed. cr
Smokestack SASS#87384 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Missing parts, still looks and shoots better than a Big Boy.

I believe it would be mistaken for one if you stood in a dark room without lights and had your eyes closed. cr Those factors combined with no knowledge of what a "Henry" looks like, sure... one might make that mistake. But, my question is, why did you take the forend off to change the follower?
Capt. R. Hugh Kidnme Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 I was changing out my mag follower and noticed, if I left off the forearm, how much the rifle looks like a Henry. I believe it would be mistaken for one if you stood in a dark room without lights and had your eyes closed. cr Some folks say when I'm shooting a stage outdoors, it's like I was in a dark room , with my eyes closed........blindfolded. Maybe I can use your rifle?
Cheyenne Ranger, 48747L Posted October 21, 2015 Author Posted October 21, 2015 I pulled the mag tube to clean it out and wax the inside. In doing this the forearm is loose and I just put the tube back to take a picture. I realize it doesn't match all that well to my Uberti Henry but having a bit of fun nice now and then. cr
Guest Grass Range #51406 Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 Sorry, even riding by on a fast horse on a dark night I could tell the difference
