Marshal Dan Troop 70448
Still have 10 days left. Or fly down here and I'll take you to a dry range. MT
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
I had to put off going to the range until next Monday. Just too many things on my plate. Gonna need some time to zero and then shoot for record. I will use my windage and elevation knobs as needed. I will not promise that it will be to my advantage. The paper target is still elusive. Did you ever notice how they move around in the frame just as you are ready to pull the trigger.

Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
I guess FIRE FOR EFFECT is not a good command with a paper target.

Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
I thot he turned in his report, fulla bullet holes! I told him to use the windage function on the rifle, so maybe he decided to try again. Won't do him no good tho. Once the stigma of a poor shot gets on your bib overalls, it stays there. I know that fer a fact. This makes out little match look kinda weak. http://www.ammoland.com/2015/07/rutherford-armstrong-win-vintage-sniper-for-third-time-at-2015-national-matches/#axzz3iFJwOuLg

Utah Bob #35998
On a positive note, a leg strap for my M3 trench knife just arrived. I do have one more important thing to acquire before I'm totally ready. More on that later. I will make the deadline. If not..I'll shoot anyway. Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
Now I feel like a recruit at the processing depot. Me and my Garand and a paltry few hundred Milsurp rounds. No Bayonet, No Helmet, No Canteen, I do have a pistol belt but not an ammo belt, Crummy Slow Pistol targets, and I am not even sighted in. Just call me SAD SACK! SSGT Buxton is not going to be happy. Hey Marshal, can I qualify with an 81 instead?
Marshal Dan Troop 70448
SSGT Buxton is not going to be happy. Gimme 20, and afterwards have a pair of scissors issued and mow the compound. MT

Muleshoe Bill SASS #67022
Well, I made it out to the range. Shot targets at 50, 100 and 200 meters 8 inch bull targets. Most of the brass split at neck (this brass is from my competition days 40 years ago. http://s1119.photobucket.com/user/wiliamr/media/100_0212.jpg.html?filters[user]=112568905&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=0 http://s1119.photobucket.com/user/wiliamr/media/100_0213.jpg.html?filters[user]=112568905&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=2 http://s1119.photobucket.com/user/wiliamr/media/100_0214.jpg.html?filters[user]=112568905&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=
