The obummer administration would never put up a sign with "Welcome" on it. The signs say "Bienvenido, Registro de votantes de esta manera." The signs say "Bienvenido, Registro de votantes de esta manera." I suspect your right. Heard they got some old document they don't need and are using it put the "Bienvenido" sign on.
