Make sure you learn all about hurricanes. We're entering the busy season. Ft Myers got hammered about 9 years ago. Be prepared.

Hmmmm....let's see. Appears to be a vacant lot on each side of you so space between you and your neighbors...that's a plus. Overhead electric lines but service to your house is underground off the pole....CATV and phone are underground....that's a plus. Good looking red mulch in the flower bed close to the road. Tell the electric company to come and cut off all the old dead vines offen' your pole....its unsightly. There is a street light by your driveway...that's a plus. You gotta a curve in the road just down from your house so that should slow down the speeders a mite. House across the street appear to have a few anklebiters living there.....van and a basketball goal out front...that's a tossup. Appears to be a little fall from your house to the road so that'd help with drainage. There is a drainage grate over by your power pole so the water should not accumulate there. Previous owners poured a strip of concrete from the road to the house to widen the driveway....that's a plus. Your neighbors to the left side of you as you face your house from the street appear to drive out of their driveway sometimes across the grass toward the lot between you and them...there is a small worn place on the lawn there.

 

Best thing is that there is an American flag on the front of the house.
